Outstanding service and honesty. Showed up on time and kept me in the loop when he was running late. Only charged me a service fee because my son had left a quarter and it jammed the washer so it would not drain. Robert could have charged me for a new pump and I would not have known any better, but he was honest, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.
