From the beginning, starting with a request for a quote from their website, to the follow-up phone call, then to the constant communication until the project that was quoted was completed. The appearance and construction is beyond what I expected, I am thankful for the help!

My first issue was that it was an inconvenience when I asked for the final bill in advance for review prior to them showing up at my door to request payment. A majority of professional contractors usually mail and/or email you the final invoice, which states payment due upon receipt as opposed to showing up at your door. My second issue was that my latch wasn't holding my double gate closed due to the latch not lining up. They sent an employee out to make adjustments, but here it is again my gate keeps swinging open from the wind. I have also now noticed a few boards are starting to bow out at

Amber came out and gave us a quote right away. She was wonderful to work with. She kept in contact checking in with me until we made a decision to have Basic Fence install our new fence. Prior to their arrival for installation they sent out to have all of the lines marked before digging. I was a little surprised when they showed up on a Saturday ready to go. But more than happy that the fence was getting done quickly. The installers took very careful detail to pay attention to our property lines and public utility right away for drainage. They placed all of the posts and came back three days later

I wish I'd read the other reviews before I bothered calling this company. I have a wood fence that needs some repairing. Essentially it is leaning in one section, so I just need it to be stabilized. I called Basic Fence on a Monday and got an answering machine. I left my information and later that day I received a callback from Jason. I told him what the issue was and he agreed to come out to my house, take a look at the fence and provide an estimate. Basic fence has the best prices, and the work is quality. We just moved down here and wanted a fence put up in our yard. We had prices from several companies and basic fence was the lowest quote. Great, Great, Great work. Beautiful fence at the absolute best price. I contacted six vendors and got a quote on 230 linear feet of the vinyl fencing shown in the three pictures. Steve Tolbert quoted me, by far, the best price out of six fence companies. The other fence companies were $3,000, $4,000, $5,000, and even $6,000 above Steve's price. I got quotes on the exact same fence. Steve is absolutely an honest guy and he will give you the best price and he does Great work. I recommend Steve above all other contractors I've ever worked with.

We had Basic Fence come and put up a perimeter fence around our home last year, in the spring of 2016. At the time, we were planning to get a pool as well so we waited until the pool was in place to get a quote on a pool fence. In summer of 2016, Steve quoted us $2000 for a 5 ft aluminum fence that would be up to pool code. They were already pretty backed up at that time with orders so we waited to get our fence as we were up to pool code with our perimeter fence and alarm system. In early 2017, we called Steve again to have our pool fence put in. However, we were told that Steve no longer worked

Steve at Basic Fence quoted me a reasonable price, so I decided to have them install a privacy fence and two gates. It took quite a few tries to get him to come out, but finally he did. I was slightly concerned when he told me he had put a new crew on the job with what seemed like no real supervision. Upon completion of the fence, they left mounds of dirt all around and loose scraps and pieces. A week after installation, a post sunk. I informed Steve and he assured me he would come out to replace/ repair it, as nothing like that should happen so quickly. I've yet to have that fixed. Would
