If you choose to hire Outdoor Living & Landscapes, I would go out of your way to make sure that you have a good relationship with your neighbors.
The company was hired to install a lawn and do some minor landscaping on my neighbor’s home, and (what I think is) the owner took it upon himself to pull a grading plan that is vastly different than the one that the neighborhood is operating under, and clear cut a 13” drop off between my yard and his. The logical route would be to discuss this based on the current grade and do something that doesn’t both look terrible and also act counterintuitive

Had them come out to look at our property for a quote on a few landscaping projects in mid May. As of today (24 July) we have left 4 voicemails we have yet to hear from anyone with our quotes or updates. Would not recommend wasting your time with this company.
