Govea Trucking, Inc. was established in 1984, however the Govea name first started doing business in hollywood in 1978. Pedro Hernandez and son, Peter Hernandez, were the original owners. Peter Hernandez, still runs the operation today 32 years later, and has expanded to 3 locations in the Hollywood-Florida area.

We are also concrete manufactures and manufacture our own stepping stones, parking bumpers, scallops, tree rings, and much more. GTI also provides contracting for earth work and related services such as: demolition clearing and grubbing, excavating, bobcat and loader service.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Do not use this company!! They had a driver come to drop off a load of rock who did not know how to drive his truck. He completely ran over and smashed the curbing in the landscaping. Peter has refused to take responsibility for his drivers actions, please beware who you hire! DO NOT USE GOVEA TRUCKING!

We lived in Hollywood for 22 years and used them for all our landscaping needs. Prices are good and the customer service has NEVER been anything less than friendly & professional. We recently moved to Ft Lauderdale but when we needed supplies for our new location we came back. Still the same reliable place we remember. Took care of us and the price was still good. We're happy to support this small business anytime we can.

Stay away from this place , owner is very rude , no manners, no customer service. The cashier was Jeisse/ Owner she is so rude that asked another customer to leave, they think that you are begging when actually you are paying for the landscaping supplies. Never allow someone to mistreat you, I rather to go to homedepot so I don't pay my money were they dont treat me with respect.

We have used them for years for all of our landscape supplies. Have never had a problem with anybody there being rude or unprofessional. I have seen customers come in and be impatient & rude. I went yesterday for a load of pea gravel with no issues. There were 2 people ahead of me but they moved fast to take care of all of us. The prices are also cheap enough to make a trip to the big box stores pointless. As for us we will continue to support this small business.

Purchased 4.5 yards of black marble $1200 was delivered to the house spread the rocks out . The next morning My sprinklers went off I come outside and a rocks became half white half black . The Rocks were clearly painted as soon as you hit them with water they turn white some stay black rocks were clearly painted as soon as you hit them with water they turn white some stay black . Called Peter the owner he came out and insisted it wasn’t paint that then It was natural rocks . When they sold it to me I was told they’re all black marble rocks I paid extra for black marble rocks . Beware what

I have been coming here for years. I own several properties. Everytime I need to change,add or update this is the place for me. They always have what I need and if not they will help. As a landlord I cant waist time as time is money. They are always honest with me as to what material works best for my properties; price always feels right and fair. I highly recommend them.
