Recently we had approximately 1700 sf LVT flooring installed in our home. The floor is beautiful, commercial grade. The price was right. The quality of the flooring was great, and the installation was excellent. Robert, James and their employees are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable about their products and helpful about keeping us within our budget.

Absolutely exemplary customer service. Got 4000+sqft of luxury plank flooring for 40c cheaper per sqft than any where local. Robert followed through to the end, even when there were problems with the shipping company, he organised it all. Will definitely be using this company again for all our flooring needs.

We found Granite & Tile Outlet II while visiting the Allen Home & Garden show a few months ago. We were only looking for new kitchen granite at the time but after spending time talking with Robert at the show, we realized that new flooring might be an option for us too. We had them provide us an estimate as well as 3 other companies. While theirs was not the cheapest in total, their services offered with the bid brought their value up tremendously. They ended up replacing our kitchen granite, redoing out back splash and replacing ALL the floors in our entire house. It was a big job and was painful

Great business and wonderful people to work with. I went in looking for tile and flooring for a job bid by another company. Robert was happy to help and inquired if I would let them bid the job as well as he felt I was being overcharged for the work. Not only did they provide a full inspection and bid, they drastically beat the price from the other company. The work was done in a timely manner and the results were excellent. Robert and crew stepped in and stopped us from being way overcharged and did beautiful work. Thank you!

We shopped here, and it was definitely the best place I have visited. They have great products, also has a very nice selection of medium-higher end styles and the pricing seems fair. Very efficient and friendly staff. Robert was awesome and made sure everything was done correctly. Overall, number one stop for your remodeling!
