I called Nu Flow Phoenix due to a plumbing emergency... a broken water pipe which they assessed the damage and stated it would cost north of five thousand... to repair a hole in a copper pipe three inches under ground. After hearing the cost I repaired the problem in less than an hour!! Thanks Nu Flow Phoenix for price gouging!!!

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

Highly recommend this company. We started out with Justin making the deal, what a great guy and real people person. Then the next team came in to scope, clean our pipes, and line the pipes. I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. I have cast iron pipes in my house and I decided to go with Nu Flow for convenience as I didn't want to tear apart my house to replace the pipes. On 5/10/2019, I spent over $17,000 to have ALL the pipes in my house lined with their product. On 6/6/2020, ALL of my lined pipes had to be ripped out and completely replaced. I was hoping to at least get 10 years out of this product. I got 13 months.
There are areas that are completely unlined. They lined over tree roots. The product completely disintegrated in areas where the water flows. There are holes in the pipes that they just decided not

Thank you to all of the employees at Nu Flow for re-piping our house in Sun City, AZ. Everyone of the people who worked on our house were very professional. Justin took videos of the pipe condition of all the pipes under the house and then met with us a few days later. He reviewed the videos with us and explained the process and was very thorough. We decided to use Nu Flow because of their method of re-piping saved us from having the inside of our house torn up with trenches and kitchen cabinets removed and also the fact that we were able to stay in the house overnight with all facilities usable

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. If you are faced with disintegrating cast iron pipe in your house you owe it to yourself to contact Nu Flow and have them educate you on their product/service so you can determine what is best for you.

I've tried 4 separate times to get Nu Flow to come out and assess the need for my rentals to have the sewer lines sleeved but all I ever hear is the office manager tell me she's gonna have someone call me back, then no one does. This product might be the best invention since the wheel but their customer service and follow through sucks!

Awesome company that is out for your best interest if you have a plumbing issue or just worn out old plumbing. They will come out with a camera and look at your pipes. Then determine what is need to restore it to brand new! No digging, no need to be displaced during the installation and best of all peace of mind that your money is well spent on a upgrade to your home or business!

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and

I found all of the Nu Flow employees to be ethical and honest! They do good work and they do exactly what they say they will do. I recommend them highly and without reservation. I don't know how competitive their prices are because I never took bids from anyone else. I wanted quality work and I got it!
