A date made reservations for us. We went to "Hearthstone" which was an outdoor tub. It was really cozy and seemed well maintained and cleaned. Can't wait to go again.
Date had called ahead and purchased a bottle of wine and some scented oil for the tub. It was romantic.

We have been here MANY times over our 9 year relationship & every single time we've been here it's been great. Rooms are clean, service is quick, employees are nice, & the hot tub have always functioned properly.
I do, with our experience with Oasis, to make reservations prior! You'll have a much quicker service & more likely to get the room you'd like. Our favorite rooms are the outdoor 😊

I LOVE this place. I've been coming for a couple of years now and I've never been disappointed. And I've been here on both weekends and weekdays with no reservation and the longest I've waited for a tub was maybe 20 minutes but they're almost always ready for walk-ins. I used to live closer but now I live out of state and always make sure to come in when I come back to Michigan to visit family. The prices are very reasonable too for the experience.

My husband and I went there last night for our Anniversary and the staff was rude and obnoxious just because I had to put back on my Insulin Pump and they want to charge us extra for that time. This is only our 2nd visit and I honestly do not know if I want to go back. Thanks a lot for ruining my anniversary, Oasis staff member. I am very put off.

So here’s the deal, this place is so great! I don’t know if all the outdoor rooms are this picturesque, but the English Garden room was really nice. First and foremost the staff is so kind and helpful. They make sure you are completely informed from the cleanliness of the rooms to working the jets, phone and music system. There was also a private shower which was really nice. The temperature of the water was perfect and the jets were exactly what I needed. And hopefully you can see the cleanliness and clarity of the water in my pictures. Because of the price, I decided to try tubbing instead

We were given the wrong room when we arrived and when I told the worker at the end that we had been placed in the wrong room, he treated me unkindly and said "it's human error, I wrote it down wrong". No apology and very unkind about it.

We love the hot tubs, but won't be visiting this location again based on how we were treated.

I first came here this past Valentine's day, which I do recommend doing. I've been coming here at least twice a month since then. You get a selection of indoor and outdoor hot tubs in a themed room (or "garden" as they call it) to select from. The indoor hot tubs have an opening to allow air to escape outside so you don't have to worry about being cooked alive inside.
Not all of their hot tubs are the same, some are larger and some only offer jets, where others offer jets and bubbles. My favorite is Santorini. I recommend looking at their website online so you can see

Very clean and priced affordably. We got one of the outside tubs and would definitely recommend that. You can also ask them to turn the water up as well. Everything worked great and the water and outside area was very clean. It was also very private as well. We had our own changing area, with shower and sink and mirror.

If they had more things to drink, even complimentary water, and gave out more than two towels it would be one star higher. One towel to dry off with. Then shower and dry off with an already wet and chlorinated towel?

Would return and bring a personal towel and a water bottle

Frankly, I wasn't sure what to expect since I haven't been hot tubbing for 20 years. Wow, it was great. The staff at Oasis were professional and direct about the rules, but still very hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcomed as our host instructed us on the use of the room and sound system. The decor of our "covered outdoor" Nantucket Room was well-presented, simple, yet inviting. My partner and I were in MI on business and came to this delightful spot. Infact, we came twice during our short trip!

Our first impression was how lovely and clean the over all facility is. I admit, I am in love with all the greenery and sitting in the waiting area where the sun was shining through could have easily put me asleep.

I will add that there was a really nice selection of juices and water in the lobby you could choose to take in with you. I'm pretty sure you could bring your own as well - as long as it was water or juice, but they had some unique selections.

I MISS OASIS!

I was a frequent visitor of Oasis Hot Tub Gardens when I lived in Comstock Park.

They are affordable, clean, and are WONDERFUL to visit during a snowstorm.

Some of the tubs can be rather small - My absolutely favorite is Santorini and Borneo Rainforest. Not only do the tubs tend to be a bit bigger, but I also like the scenery.

I was NOT a fan of the indoor tubs - To ME, it just got a little too hot and humid in the room.

I want to love this place, and the price would be justified if the service from the company was better (the staff were great). My wife and I had a reservation for the night the biggest blizzard of the year hit grand rapids (the next morning we had like 2 feet of snow) The wind was bitterly cold and we had an outside room. The staff moved us to another room that had a little more protection from the wind, but it was still very gusty and windy and soooo cold. Even with just our head out of the water we were freezing. Our bodies were warm but our head was blasted with bitter cold wind. It was miserable
