Was going through Ocoee today and saw the business still there. Opened old wounds. I am a 100% disabled veteran and the owner of the company came to our home with a Marine tag on the front of his truck and said" I will take care of you ". Estimate was $800 more than the other 2,but he promised vapor barrier and 2 day professional job. The day of the spray, NO VAPOR BARRIER, NO 2 DAYS. 4 hours and a poor job for $800 ext Not a good person or a good company.

Even though due to my circumstance I was unable to utilize their services, the customer service I received from George was phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything to me and didn't try to sell me a product that wouldn't work for my particular situation. He was honest and kind, and I appreciate respect that he was honest not just trying to make a sale. I recommend this company!

Last year , i bought new windows for our house to dampen road noise. It had little effect. I called Southern foam and they came out and talked to me about injecting foam into my concrete block.

I talked to Rick today and the customer service was great! He explained the insulation process and products thoroughly. I never felt rushed or like I was a nuisance for not being insulation savvy. He even recommended an option that best fits my needs as a consumer, even though not lucrative for them. I will definitely call them again when I work on my larger project.
