I found this company last year in 2020. And just used them again this year. Very professional, excellent communication, reasonable pricing, punctual, and simply the best window cleaners. They had to do my sky light above my staircase which had some oily residue on it from the former sellers. He worked on it for awhile at first which I’m sure was annoying Bc none of us knew he would encounter that. Eventually they were able to get the correct cleaner to remove the residue. It ended up raining the day after my service, but they came back about 1.5 weeks later to touch up the windows that were impacted

Mike + Team are simply the best! We moved into a new home and the windows and screens were in shambles. We called them and within days the windows and screens looked brand new. I have used Mike and Dustin for several of my properties. I am a realtor and often get the windows professionally cleaned and screens repaired before we put a home on the market. These guys are awesome. They also clean my parents windows and they rave about them. Clean cut and trustworthy guys. I haven't had them clean my windows at my house yet because I am a bit of a cheap skate but I will not hire anyone else as long as these two are in business. Every client I have referred them to absolutely loved the outcome. Prices are great and work is top notch.

VERY impressed with Mike and Dustin and their work ethic AND stellar job of cleaning both my windows and solar screens. Did a fabulous job and were very professional and thorough and reasonably priced (better than many...) I will definitely be calling these young guys in spring again as living in Vegas? Well ideally, windows need washing 3 times a year and I'm opting for 2 to see how it goes. It's such a pleasure to have two, diligent, well mannered guys who can articulate and be understood CLEARLY in the effort. Yes, it does MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!! -In all service industries...

I was in a bit of a bind with a time constraint as I wanted my windows washed so that I could list my house for sale. This company had quick availability and were SO reasonably priced. They cleaned both inside and outside of my house: I have a 3 story home too! They did a great job and the windows sparkled for our real estate pics. Called Neon after recommendation from a member in my community. Appointment making and estimate made quickly. They arrived on time, COVID precautions and footwear and did my complete one story 2200 sq ft home inside and out, all screens, sliding doors and front and back security screens. All now spotless. Took about 90 minutes. They were polite, professional and meticulous in cleaning a years worth of dirt and dust.

I contacted Neon Window Cleaning and Mike(owner)came over to give me an estimate. He thoroughly explained the process and he told me how much it would cost. The price was reasonable so I set up a date to have all of my screens cleaned. Mike, along with his worker showed up at the agreed time/date. He immediately went to work on the screens.
Once finished, I could not believe how good the screens came out. They were extremely dirty and I don't believe that they have been cleaned in 15 yrs. The screens looked brand new!

My expectations were exceeded and it was worth every penny! ! My windows and solar screens look beautiful. I knew I was asking a lot when I asked Mike to bring the solar screens back to life. Mike set realistic expectations during the quote process. He even cleaned one of the screens during the quote process to show me what the results would be. He helped me understand my options and how to "properly" care for my solar screens. Mike and his employees take pride in their work and take "customer service" to the next level.
