Humble, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, useful, timely- yes I may run out of words in talking about Laura Topp a sales person who works at EPS. She never came across as sales person she seemed to be happy working at my house like her own house. I had so many better quotes on security from other companies she made me believe in EPS and their services. To me she is my EPS. We haven’t had our installation and service done yet so can’t speak on that. But I can assure if one agent of this company is so professional it’s very highly unlikely chance that company will be unprofessional

I think EPS is dishonest. My land line was cut with construction so I cancelled service and they continued to bill me despite multiple conversations to stop service. I had to Pay the bill because they threstened to harm My credit. Many people I know have had similar experiences. This is my first negative FB post but I think this scam should be stopped.
