After getting multiple quotes for our home (and dealing with a bunch of different sales reps and pitches), it was clear from the start that Palm Aluminum was different. Their sales, customer service and installation was amazing! They made the process incredibly easy and seamless. Billy and his installation crew are experts at their craft. We were expecting more of a clean up considering all of the work being done, but since they took such care to cover floors, furniture, etc. and cleaned up after themselves each day, residual clean up was next to nothing. Palm Aluminum is great to work with! They have done all the windows and doors in my home, my brothers' home and my parents new home. They are reliable and trustworthy. In fact, the day Irma was going to hit, we received a phone call that they had a cancellation and would we like our windows installed now. Of course! Danny was our sales person and what a wonderful experience we've had with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with us throughout the entire experience. The installers (Nick and his crew) did a fantastic job! It only took them 3 days and they were in and out. Their work is impeccable. I've replaced all my windows and doors on 2 properties with Palm and they are the best!! Their #1 concern is making the customer as happy as possible. Prices are very competitive and customer service is top notch. Danny is the most attentive sales rep - and not at all a typical sales guy. Very laid back and not at all pushy. Palm is a first rate company. Billy and Nick make sure the job is done right. Their salesman Steve makes sure the details are handled correctly. They are not game players like so many of the window companies that paraded through our house. Don't be fooled by the companies with zillions of reviews they are getting those reviews in exchange for discounts. These guys don't play games. They just get the job done and it was done right. We didn't even have to touch up the drywall inside the house. They cleaned up after themselves every day as well. I replaced 38 windows and doors, and changed sliders
