Based on an internet search, I decided to drive 45 minutes, jokingly saying to my wife on the way. "Would you drive 45 minutes to save a $1,000 dollars?" You see, I'd already decided that I would be buying area rugs from another much closer retailer for our new home. I merely wanted to price check them to make sure I was getting a good value. Immediately upon arrival, it was clear that the selection was massive, covered many decorating trends and displayed in a manner that made it easy to shop. Upon closer inspection, it was evident that regardless of your budget, there was plenty to choose from

I was expecting a visit at 2pm on Monday to finish the molding but to no surprise it was a no-show. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism we were expecting. We heard that Abbey Carpet was a reputable company and that is why we selected the affiliation with your store.
From day one our order was mixed up on your end and our install date was pushed back a week, then your 3rd party installers show up on Saturday and said they would have to come back due to another customer being pushed back. My wife, who was very upset called the store to complain and they were able to get 95% of it
