We only use top-of-the-line, high quality product brands that will exceed your expectations. Dale's gas does all my pool equipment maintenance. I have tried other companies and none have been anywhere near as good as Dale's Gas.

Services
By checking the customer box, you acknowledge that the customer will be responsible for the billing if the service is deemed by the manufacturer to be a non warranty issue. We will also explain this to the customer before performing the service. If the pool company box is checked, you will be notified if the service is deemed to be a non-warranty issue and all billing will be forwarded to the pool company.

This company was referred by my pool company. They are very professional and Axel the tech was knowledgeable. We had them out to get a price for a new spa heater. There is a service fee for the trip, but is applied towards the purchase. The cost of a new unit was very reasonable and we will be using them in the future to replace it.

After moving into a house that had advertised a hot tub with the pool. And yes, the hot tub was physically there, but not working. Our amazing pool guy, recommended calling Dale's Gas for an assessment. Dan showed up promptly for the appointment and was more than I ever could have hoped for...a truly brilliant man. Don't expect much from this company. Especially with regard to customer service and integrity. I agreed to have them come out and give me a estimate on repairing my spa heating unit for a fee. I just moved into the house and I am not familiar with this kind of thing. The technician was onsite for less than 10 minutes, did not perform any tests other than visual inspection, and tried to sell rather than repair.
All of this is mostly fine except that they are charging me a $150 fee, and the tech spent most of the ten minutes trying to pressure my girlfriend to buy a new unit from them. I never

Wow! This company absolutely BLEW me away!
Long story short, I bought a pool chlorine generator from a different, local company. When it stopped working, the *other* local pool company wouldn't service the unit they sold me! I called the manufacturer, who suggested I use Dale's Gas, who DOES service the chlorine units they sell.
I'm SO GLAD I called Dale's gas! The tech they sent out was professional, courteous, extraordinarily skilled and capable. The tech's name was Axel I believe, and he is the consummate professional. He spent time showing me how to use
