WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They DO NOT stand by their work. When the roof has a leak they to blame it on someone else. We had RH Roofing replace our roof about 2 years ago. A year after we had some gnarly rains and we had a terrible leak into our downstairs bathroom. We called RH Roofing to come out and fix the leak. They were completely unresponsive and would not return our phone calls. So my husband left a nasty review. Finally, they call us back and tell us they will come out and take a look but, ONLY AFTER we take down our negative review. So we did. They came out and blamed it on the solar panels

I've never needed a roofing repair done but I'm glad I chose RH Roofing for my first experience. They provided great service. They sent someone out the same day I called to do an assement . They gave us very clear information and explained the pricing in a way I could understand. It only took a couple of days before they were able to start work and they got the repair done very quickly. The crew was professional and the work was fantastic. I would give 10 stars if given the option. The outcome of my repair couldn't have been better.

Awful! They misdiagnosed the issue, pretended to fix it and when the leak started right back up made appointments to come and stood us up, didn't return calls, texts and wouldn't pick up phone. No professionalism. WORST ever!

Thanks again to RH Roofing's Rafael for coming back to the property to fix two ridge ends that needed to be adjusted for aesthetic reasons. The need for adjustment was only to satisfy my perspective of the ridge line, not because it was defective work by RH Roofing. Rafael had a great attitude in in accommodating me and made a special trip to adjust the ridge to my liking-------------and offered to do it gratis.

Thanks Rafael-------both you and your crew are the best!! The roof looks GREAT !!!

This company committed to an appointment twice and missed each one without calling. On the final opportunity - they showed up and said they couldn't perform the work they agreed to because they didn't have the right tools on them. After, the worker said he was going to call his boss by his truck.. then proceeded to leave without explanation. Do not use this company, they are flaky, unreliable, and non-responsive.

Do not allow this company to touch your roof. They will tear the roof apart, not even addressing the work that only needed to be done. They will talk about the owners in Spanish now thinking because I am white I would not understand. After they tear the roof open they walk off the job. They only spent less then 4 hours to cause my whole roof to now have to be redone. The owner does not care if you complain. The BBB should really investigate this company and their lack of state regulations and standards.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR THE COMPANIES LACK OF REGULATIONS, TIME

Complete re-roof in 3 days with "cool" shingles. They were a Tesla Solar subcontractor.
July 1st came out and removed the old roof.
July 2 after the inspector came, started on the new roof.
July 3, completed the roof. Clean and competent job.
Could not ask for more. Good crew , great workmanship and fast installation.

RH Roofing replaced my elderly parents' roof less than one year ago. Since then, there have been numerous issues with the job that Rafael and his team provided. The $2000 insulation was found to have missing areas and when Rafael was contacted to repair it, he agreed. However, he missed several scheduled appointments and did not return phone calls. Finally, he dropped off a bag of insulation for my father to finish the job himself. There is a 10 year warranty in the contract. Rot has now been discovered in wood panels (which were supposed to be replaced BEFORE the new roof was installed).

I am a general contractor building homes in San Clemente. I was not happy with the roofer I was using. Another contractor referred RH Roofing to me. I have had them do three jobs for me so far. Each has been done with pride. They are clean and courteous. The roofs have been very competitively priced too. Rafael, the owner is very responsive and knows his trade. I would highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed!

Rafael and his crew do quality work at unbeatable prices. We ended up using the Presidential Shake TL product by CertainTeed and we couldn't be happier. Easy to work with him and his crew. Good communication. Finished in 6 days as estimated. They were even able to do blow-in insulation while the roof was off. I would definitely recommended them. Give them a chance to quote your project, you won't be disappointed.

I'm not currently in the market for a new roof - but after a RH Roofing pickup truck with 2 employees ... tailgated me and cut me off (at Yorba Linda Blvd and the 57 fwy) while speeding and driving erratically ... only to stare and laugh as they drove past me - I'd have a hard time trusting their employees to be responsible and trustworthy with a roofing job.
Remember, when you are driving a company pickup truck ... with company name and advertising ... you are representing that company to the world. Had I not slowed and pulled off into the shoulder of the freeway, this pickup truck

Would have been 5 stars but when they dropped off the materials they left the metal flashing on the roof along with the shingles. Two of the metal flashing strips blew off the roof landing in my back yard and damaging a window screen.

Met Rafael through a mutual friend and he came out and gave me a bid for my house in Costa Mesa that I had recently bought knowing it needed re roofing. His pricing was competitive with another bid I had received and the referrals looked great. They are now 3 days into a complete stripping job and much needed replacement of ship lap edging and some joist ends due to termite and dry rot. Had the house tented before we moved in. Sheeting is all done and shingles and paper are on the roof. Maybe two days to go. They clean up everyday. Have not asked for any money up front though I offered. I would

Greatest roofing company around! I callec Rafael, he came out, gave a bid, and within a week started installing my new roof. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they said it would be done. They cleaned up at the end of every work day. And after the roof was installed they came out a couple of days later to fix little imperfections. I would highly recommend this company!
