Went there at 3:30 pm, found a tree I wanted to buy. At 4:20 PM found the woman who works there who was closing the gate and told me she was closing. I said the sign and web site reflects there open till 5 , was given the answer that she was there early, and rushed me out the gate. Went back a week later about 1:30, it had been raining but had stopped and place was all locked up. These independent businesses complain about big box stores, but in this particular situation, maybe some effort should be focused on customer service!
