The Signature Group of Livingston Inc. is the parent company of Renaissance Renovations as well as two other reputable divisions: Gordon Builders and Renaissance Landscaping. Gordon Builders has been building quality homes for over 35 years. Renaissance Landscaping is a full concept landscape construction company.
For this custom deck project, our customer had an old wooden deck on their house, and they wanted it rebuilt. We started by tearing it apart and rebuilding with new composite decking, and a new raili. Renaissance Renovations did a total transformation of this kitchen, which included expanding the space by 144 square feet.

Used Renaissance Renovations to help restore an old bread oven in our little cottage. A challenging job with lots of unknowns. Great to be able to bounce ideas of them and always willing to help to the job done. Craftsmanship with lime plaster was really impressive.

Total remodel of our Kitchen and relocating our laundry room and adding all new flooring in our entire main floor. We love our remodel. It is exactly how I pictured. Really nice people to work with. All remodels are stressful but they made it a little easier to go through. Most importantly we paid what we were told we would pay. No extra cost came up with out our approval. very nice. I have used Renaissance Renovations twice and highly recommend the service. Ken and his team are easy to work with. Dave is on top of the project and keeps it running smoothly,he is prompt in answering any questions and always is available by text . Jeremy has completed so much top quality craftsmanship I have to ask “ is there anything Jeremy can’t do ?” A plus!!!!

Loving our new deck, it’s beautiful. The staff at Renaissance Renovations were easy to work with and take pride in their work and making sure your project is exactly as you want it. Quality craftsmanship, and the work area was always as neat as could be. We had one small issue with a corner edging and they came right out to fix it. Will definitely use them again if we ever have the need.
