M&S Asphalt Paving

I had Juan quote replacing a severely deteriorated asphalt driveway at my MIL house. I was flexible with Juan to schedule the job since it was a small 1 day job. Juan clearly communicated any changes in the scheduled day and arrived promptly when he said he would. Juan has the equipment necessary to do the job right. The driveway looks good and is what we were expecting.

The M&S Crew was top notch every step of the way on our project. We couldn't be happier. Our project was a rather large driveway design (a little over 200 linear ft.) with some specific drainage and slope needs.
When Juan initially walked the project with us, he understood exactly what we wanted and made several suggestions on improvements to the design. There was a significant amount of site preparation and earth removal. I'm impressed in the time frame of which they were able to get it all done. There was absolutely no cutting corners on anything, Juan and his crew did a perfect high quality

Prior to hiring M&S Asphalt Paving, we quoted with 5 different asphalt paving contractors from large to small companies. Out of all of them, Juan was the most responsive, communicative, and took the time to go over everything. Doing ample research, I provided a list of questions and specifications, which were all met. Juan and his team did a fantastic job on our extensive driveway (9,000+ feet). He and his team were punctual and did a quality job. As a family oriented business, they worked hard to earn my business and his work definitely reflects that. I would highly recommend M&S.

I used M&S asphalt paving to cover my huge gravel based driveway.
-The company rep was courteous and professional, 2 other companies I had out for quotes were a bit snarky and defensive when the topic of price came up. The M&S rep explained the costs for the scope of work and without prompting explained what was needed for proper drainage. The price was significantly lower than my other 2 quotes. A+
- Cost was more than fair and left me with confidence the job would be done as agreed upon without surprise cost hikes. I held my breath till the work was done and no cost hikes! M&S did exactly what

I got a quick response from Juan for an estimate to pave my driveway with millings. He quoted a fair price and was able to work with my schedule to do the work quickly. Juan and his father were able to complete the job in just a few hours. He warned me that millings are cheaper but not as strong as asphalt and made sure that I understood the product I was getting before doing the work. I was very pleased with the work performed and the final product. Great price, great work and great people!

So, I had Juan come to my commercial building to do repairs on the parking lot. After agreeing to his price, he shows up with his preteen son and a pickup truck........ I called him two weeks later to explain the the asphalt was already coming up. His explanation was that although he promised it would hold up for a reasonable amount of time, he never said how long............ I actually thought he was joking. After telling him that was absolutely a rediculous answer he said he would come fix this mess. That was months ago. Do yourself a favor, avoid this company. Tried calling several times, no

I hired M & S Asphalt to do a big job at my house. They used inferior product, 3 months later my driveway is still soft & looks terrible. I can't even park my vehicles without them leaving tire marks on the blacktop. A $16000 lesson learned.....do your homework & hire a reputable company!

Juan gave a great sales pitch and installed asphalt driveway for $16,000 machine broke in the middle of job and as such driveway was a mess when finished rough and uneven and when it rained numerous puddles with constant complaining he agreed to redo job GREAT!!!! but not so fast second time around driveway looks better however it is super soft if i so much as turn my steering wheel my car digs up asphalt i can not park a 4 wheeler on it at all tires dig into it. I waited 3 months thinking it would cure and get hard it did not.PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Super professional friendly and took his time. highly recommend for all ground leveling needs. my yard was a mess and Juan took his time no rush and I'm very satisfied with the work done at a very reasonable rate.
