Sage was very accessible and consistently followed-up with our requests and questions.
2) Permits
We were amazed and truly appreciated the effort Sage put forth in obtaining the necessary building permits. It seemed like only weeks.
3) Cleanup of Worksite
Whenever work was done, the worksite was cleaned and kept in an orderly manner. Even our neighbors observed this and commented how impressed they were to see how well everything was maintained.
4) Resolution of Issues
Issues were brought to our attention immediately. Rick and Sage provided options which were

My primary interactions were with Rick and Sage, but Brenda was very helpful with all of the documents. R. Clary’s bid was the middle of three and the actual charges were less than the estimate despite a few order changes. The work was done on time. The best thing was the quality of the work. Rick and Sage ensured the work was done correctly and they added little touches I would never have thought to ask about, like replacing all switch plates and covers to match the trim paint Even though it was t part of the bid. The home is beautiful and I’m proud to invite people over since the remodel

Daughter and estimator, Sage Clary, responded immediately to our request for a bid for a renovation project which we provided the architectural plans and approved permit. She made an appointment, came to see our house, and stated she would get back to us. That was the last we heard from her. No phone call or email to state they were not going to participate in the bid. I found this to be poor business practice and would never consider or recommend R.Clary Construction.

Was very satisfied and happy with home renovation completed by Clary Builders. They accomplished project on time and within quoted cost. The Clary team—Rick, Sage and Joe—were always responsive to our queries and needs. We have been back in house for over 8 months and have experienced no problems associated with renovation. Would highly recommend Clary Builders for any new or existing home project.

R. Clary did an extensive renovation of our existing home which included an overhaul of the existing house and a two-story new addition. When that was finished they built a separate garage with an apartment over the top. All the work was very professional, moved along quickly and came in on budget. They didn't sweat the small changes that I made throughout the process and charged reasonably for any big changes. Once the project was done, they came back and addressed some things that we noticed over time living in the home. I was very pleased and have recommended them to several friends.

Not impressed as well. Rick and Sage cam e out to our house to talk about our project. Very nice and professional in person. Sage said she would be sending out a couple of sub contractors to evaluate the project. I called 4 more times, 2 messages and 2 times talking to Sage. She said she would be scheduling the sub contractors to come out. I have never heard from them again. Do not waste your time.

Not impressed. Went to them looking to build a kit house offered by one of the local lumber suppliers. We never changed the plans, but we did get three different bids for the same project, and each one was wrong.
First bid they double charged us for $15,000 worth of materials that were included with the kit purchase. I confronted them about it, they apologized for the "oversight" and removed the double charges. The second bid came in without the double-charges and it looked, good so we purchased the architectural drawings. Then out of the blue, just days after paying for the drawings
