Absolutely useless!!! We purchase a home thru pulte and these are the blind company they use!!! I can tell you we have moved into the home and the blinds still haven't been repaired or even finished! They installed some backwards, some too short , some don't lock , some lock and don't open, some were on the ground , some were thrown onto the yard at the back for no reason. We contact them to ask for a repair they came , they didn't repair anything they made it worse, still one month after closing still waiting for someone to come and get it right. The absolute worst company I've ever interacted with. Terrible customer service. the company was contracted and took a month to send a rep out to take measurements after the order was placed. We had to wait two weeks on top of that because they believed the blinds hadn't been shipped. Later, the service rep admitted they had only misplaced the order. They are cheap, rude, have terrible customer service, and will take your money without doing any service for you for weeks.

Poor customer service! I sent my Sales Representative an email 6 weeks following placing my window coverings order to get an order status update. One week and several requests later, I still do not have an answer as to how much longer my order is expected to take until it is completed. Apparently, once the Sales Representative takes your money she is no longer a part of the order process. In getting passed along to an Order Update Technician, the Technician has neglected to give me any type of order update. Steer clear of this consumer indifferent company!!!
