Grain Design Custom Hardwood Flooring

We had a big hole in our wood floor after opening a doorway. Another company wouldn’t take on our project without us signing a release that the color may not match. Alex did an incredible job matching the color, repairing the floor. We can’t even tell there was ever a defect. Professional, clean, efficient and reliable. Would definitely trust this company on another project in our home.

I had new red oak installed and existing red oak refinished. The floor looks awesome and the install team were nice and professional.

The floors in our historic house were a mixed bag. The living room and dining room had new red oak flooring. My wife and I would like to take the time to thank Grain Design for a wonderful experience. Recently, upon deciding that our hardwood floor needed some work, I reached out to a few companies in the area to get estimates. After speaking with Jason from Grain Design, it just "felt right" so I actually cancelled the 2 other appointments for estimates and just went with my gut instinct to hire Grain Design to do our floors even before our estimate was done. My wife and I had our floor done this September and it is beautiful. The crew working on on floor were always on time, hard and fast workers. They always had an answer for all of our questions and explained it we'll. If we had to contact Matthew by phone he was always quick to return our calls. We did find one small run in the floor about 3 weeks after it was finished and called Matthew and it was fixed 2 days later. Great company and team to work with.
