Everdean Construction, specifically Josh Stephens from the Plant City branch is superior and go above and beyond to assist you with your needs.
I had a leak and was leaving for out of town, worried I'd have a flood in our absence, Josh made it a priority and got the leak covered and I no longer worry. He is excellent and good with this word. In today's atmosphere, businesses are spread thin and help is hard to find, so while normally it may take a bit of time, they will work with you to get your need taken care of and repaired. Horrible company. Do not get caught up with them like I unfortunately did. They promised pay on all of my jobs that was never paid. I’ve sent emails to the owner, called the office, called all of the managers and still no one has a response to me. I left the company in the end of October and I’m still waiting to be paid for jobs I’ve sold for them in august. They pay NONE of their employees and use excuses to not pay them. I’ve turned in over $100,000 in work and didn’t get paid one dime off of it! They take months to finally get to do your work on your home and would train all of their

Miles knocked on our door because he was helping one of our neighbors. At first I wasn’t super happy about it but I’m so grateful I gave him a chance and heard him out. He was very knowledgeable and felt with the entire process of getting our home owners insurance to pay for the roof to be replaced! I’d highly recommend anyone with a older roof to call Everdean Construction and ask for Miles!

Everdean construction has been absolutely amazing! They helped us with our insurance agency and made sure that we received what we needed to cover the costs of hurricane damage. They walked us through every step of the process and were there for us for the entire duration. During a difficult time, you hope to work with people who care, communicate well and in a timely manner, get the job done on time and with quality workmanship. We are very happy with our screened in porch. Steven was a pleasure dealing with, answered all our questions and was always available when we called or had to leave a message, he got back to us very promptly. Chris and his team were a delight, they were efficient and fast, we were impressed with how quickly the job was completed. There was not one scrap of material left behind.
