I have placed 2 orders for replacement cushions. Both experiences were absolutely great. Their customer service and responses to me were very professional and precise. The first order was in the middle of COVID and the wait was a little bit longer but the communication I received was amazing. The 2nd order I placed was delivered ahead of the planned schedule and even came on a Sunday. Highly recommend The Wickery.

Look no further. Seriously. It’s worth it. We spent years replacing our outdoor furniture from the big box stores every season. It just didn’t hold up. This summer we finally committed to purchasing a quality set from the Wickery, and couldn’t be happier. We picked up a beautiful wicker sectional in June. The price was great. Panatda and her husband were amazing to work with! We knew going in what we wanted and she was able to create the perfect outdoor sectional to meet our deck dimensions! She even gave us an extra outdoor glider while we waited for additional pieces to come in so my husband and and I had both had a place to sit! When they did come with the remaining parts of the delivery they made sure to check on our fire pit and tune it up to its full potential! Working with her and the Wickery team is like family! We will most definitely be back and we recommend them to anyone that comes over and compliments us

Went there today to purchase a new frame for a Loveseat. Person behind the desk was on the phone and talking nonsense while a customer was waiting. Poor manners !! Then after the sales person got off the phone she asked
me if i had purchased the set there. I said no and that it was 10 years old. Sales person was not very interested and lost a potential customer. Would never go back. She was rude !!

Went to the Wickery looking for patio furniture and found a huge selection of everything possible anyone could want to make their patio the envy of the neighborhood. The furniture is top quality and not something you are going to replace like you see in department stores. My husband and I had been looking in stores and online for the perfect wicker chairs for our new home's patio. Of course, I made the selection even more difficult by only wanting grey wicker. We walked into The Wickery and found the perfect, comfortable swivel rockers with ottomans and a table. Panatda was extremely helpful and gave guidance and advice when we asked for it. Ultimately, she told us to purchase what we love. The quality on all their items is outstanding; we couldn't make a mistake.

The Wickery and the most helpful employee ever, Panatda -- I can not THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!! My Mom is extremely happy with the repairs on the torn caning of her dining room chairs. I have only high praise for your excellent customer service. I've visited Toms River quite a lot since my Dad passed away --and dealing with so many vendors that are slow or just don't get things right the first time.
