I hired them to paint the exterior of my house. They came out to do an estimate, were very thorough, and gave me a very detailed estimate. They gave me a date when they could perform the work, contacted me the week before to confirm, showed up on time, did high quality work, and cleaned up the job site. The project manager performed a final walkthrough to make sure I was completely satisfied. There were no over-sprays or missed spots. This was a professional company in every aspect. I am very satisfied.

David Zarate and his team do excellent work in an orderly, timely, and considerate fashion. I had the opportunity to see his work from two people who referenced him. His pricing is competive. We had some hold ups as tile and electrical work work were being done. David worked around our schedule. He directed us in our color choices which added to the perfection of the completed projects.
Marcos did an excellent job on painting my cabinets. He had to strip an awful home done stain and paint job. He sanded and primed the cabinets. There is a wood grain visible yet it only adds to the overall look

Boy, did we luck out choosing Picture Perfect Painting. We needed a very fast, and very good, professional paint job of a rental house we were getting ready to rerent. It looked very tired and out of date. We needed the whole house painted: outside, kitchen cabinets, some assorted cabinets throughout, bedrooms, and more. David's bid was more than competitive and he started a day after we accepted his bid. The work was finished within the week. (My husband says 3 or 4 days.) David was very cooperative.
