I called twice, first left a message and no one return my call. Called the following day and reached someone with whom I made an appointment for which I had to wait for the following week to be seen (that was yesterday 11/09/21). I called the office to confirm, got answering machine. Reached them via text at the number provided on recording. Received a call in the afternoon, Mauricio. Mentioned that he is behind scheduled and will call me when he is 30 minutes away. I asked what time frame did he think he was heading my way, to which he said 3 or 4 PM. I am still waiting for a text or a call etc

They are suppose to rope down the tree piece by piece. Instead the tree was dropped straight on the septic field. Large holes and ruts are created in the septic field. Now I'm not sure if anything is damaged. When confronted, they lied to me and said they did rope it down. It's not until I shown them the holes, they admitted.

I'd like to thank Mauricio and his crew for an amazing job. The job was very difficult due to the location and size of the tree. Other crews said they were unable to do the job because they didnt have the right equipment, but Mauricio's crew had the right size crane and was able to do a great job at a great price in a safe manner.

I needed a massive multi story tree that had been struck by lightning removed. I called multiple services and received quotes. Amazing Tree Service was the highest rated and came in with the most competitive quote. They stated it may be a few weeks but actually came within a week and had the job done in a few hours. Amazing tree service took down a large tree in my backyard that was very close to both a shed and my pool and fence. They were so skilled that they didn't even drop a stick on my shed. They cleaned up so well that it looked like nothing even happened. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend.

They set their appointment for almost 3 months following the date they came to give me an estimate. About a month before the appointment date I asked that the service be moved to another date. I got no response. I repeated my request a number of times and still got no response. At certain points when I called, their voicemail was full and I could not leave a message.

These guys did a great job removing 5 large spruce trees from a challenging location next to our house. After the snow and windstorms this winter we got spooked and decided the trees had to go. 80 foot widowmakers that would've absolutely leveled the house if they fell. Their estimate was significantly less than another local big service, so much so that I was a bit nervous. Mauricio was confident that they could do the job in a day and wasn't concerned about the proximity to the house. He even came back for a second look once I told him we couldn't have access to a neighbors

Had Mauricio come out for estimate. Remove 20 trees at our house. Neighbor had him stop by his house for work since he'd to working by us. About $5k between both jobs. Date was set for today.
Then had another neighbor ask me so I gave Amazing his info to contact.
Never heard from this "company" again. I called today at 8:30am and got a machine, left a message still no reply. Texted owner and still no response. They never even contacted the second neighbor. Guess they don't want $7k worth of work. Only reason they have 5 stars on yelp is because they are a PAID sponsor. Definitely

The job was estimated quickly after reaching out to owner.
Competitive price beating out all other estimates.
Owner and foreman returned day before to walk the job prior to start.
Day of the job men showed up early and were ready to work at 8am.
Crew, crane, and execution went flawless; the tree was a large American Beech right behind the house and had to be cut and craned through the hole in the deck it was built around.
Ground the stump and cleaned the property.
I think the job was complicated and required a high level of skill and coordination.

Strong winds brought a huge white pine - like 50' - down straight across blocking my driveway. Mauricio came same day for an estimate, was to come the next day but when he wasn't able to come that next day - he called us and let us know he would be there the following day first thing. 7am crew arrived and made quick work of chipping the whole tree - maybe in an hour. Brought all the right equipment and team to get the job done very quickly. Even raked the snow and driveway ice to try to clean up as best they could. It was in a word amazing. Would not hesitate to hire them again

This company is amazing! Thanks to them, my backyard has never been more bright and amazing! Before this company came to have my trees taken away, some branches taken off the tree to provide more light in my backyard, and they also removed an old stump that was on my property from a previous owner. I love how my backyard looks now with this amazing company and super nice and understanding employees!

Mauricio and his crew were prompt, had a well thought out plan and you could tell his crew took pride in what they were doing. We had three large ash trees removed with all the stumps grinded and his crew even helped me with some smaller trees/shrubs in a few minutes that would have taken me an entire weekend to remove. They literally had their crane on my property and had to set it up (stabilize) in two different areas (front & back yard) and after they left you would have no idea...and I'm very paticular about my lawn.
