As a rule, first impressions make or break a company. Unfortunately for Killians, my first impression was not positive, and I do not intend to give them my business.
I contacted them via phone and was treated rudely at best. The woman who answered the phone did not even greet me, and proceeded to tell me, “can you hold”— click. Instantly on hold.
The woman then returned and without even excusing herself asked for my name and address. As I gave her the info I paused to attend my child, and she promptly hung up.
I hope that management reads this and makes some adjustments, as this kind of

August 2020 gutters were installed by Killian’s gutters. Fast forward to October 2021 I’m needing a new roof due to wind and hail damage. Since Killian’s installed the gutters by attaching them to the drip edge, they must be removed or lowered so that the drip edges get replaced with the new roof installation. Killian’s was very unprofessional and rude on the phone telling me they only do new installs, and I have a 3yr warranty on the gutters, but if Killian’s were to come out and remove or lower them then it would void the warranty. I requested a quote from Killian's gutter. They asked about the job. The individual on the phone asked how big the job was and I told her. She said she was concerned the job was too small and that they had a minimum $600 quote. I said I would pay the minimum for the work - they sent out an estimator promptly. The estimator provided an estimate for more than $800 based on information collected at the site. I asked the estimator if their company had done work in Ocean Hammock before and he said they had done many jobs and were really familiar. Asked asked if he was familiar with the requirements

We just had gutters installed by Killian's and they were awesome. The crew that came out were very efficient. The had my entire house done in a half day. The quality is great and the colors they helped pick out were amazing. It blends right into the house to the point you barely even notice them. I highly recommend this company.

I made an appointment for someone to come out to give an estimate on gutter installation. They took my address and made a solid appointment. Two weeks later on the day of the appointment just 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time, they called and said we were out of their zone. My husband made the time to be there and the day of the appointment call and tell us they won’t do it.... sorry but that’s rude and poor business.

Built our house 4 years ago and had Killians do the gutters. Everything was fine until a problem with water leaking inside a window. We called and they have been back 3 times and finally got the problem fixed. Being in business myself problems do happen occasionally. What makes a company good is when something does happen they stand behind it. Kudos to Killians. They kept coming back until the problem was solved. Would highly recommend. Richard

Installed my gutters years ago. Needed to replace my roof. Had 3 local roofers give me an estimate. All 3 roofers asked who installed my gutters. Gutters were screwed into roof drip edge. This is a big NO NO. I thought killians did a good job installing my gutters. They don’t know what they are doing. STAY AWAY
