We had SEPTEK come out to check out our septic system and we had Derrik Richmond as our Tech. Derrik did an excellent job fixing our issue. I/we will use SEPTEK in the future. Also, my neighbor asked me yesterday about SEPTEK (he noticed truck) and I gave him a VERY GOOD review from our experience.

They come out that clean my septic tank they did not clean out the back of it. I paid over $700 so they could get a escalate Then they broke my lid to the septic tank the foundation part digging. They are very rude! they will not fix the problem, I will never do business with them again.

New to life with a septic tank, I wasn't sure what to expect. With due diligence, I chose SepTek Services e based on the detailed information I was provided when I first made contact, the friendliness of the person I spoke with (Laura), and the price, which just happened to be the best. When Derrick and Zachary arrived, they were happy and friendly. Over the time it took to empty the tank, we learned a bit more about the company, received an explanation on how the tank worked, had an assessment of the health of our system (it was good), learned about the filter (showed me how to clean myself),

Our first experience with having a septic tank cleaned out - SepTek made it painless! To start off it was easy setting up the appointment. When Technician Derrick arrived, he was super friendly and didn't mind answering all my questions. He opened the lid and took the time to explain how a septic tank worked, assuring me that everything I was seeing looked normal. From start to finish it took less than 30 minutes. I will be calling Sep Tek for any of my future septic tank needs!

We had 5 days from the day the contract was signed to get the septic system inspected at our new home. Our county guy wouldn't touch it, so our realtor called Scott. He completed the inspection, drained the tank, and chatted with us like an old friend. He gave us advice and left us with a hand shake. We are sure to use him again in the future at our new home!

How can one comment about a septic tank pumping? "They came, they connected the pipes, the pumped..."? Well, while it is true that the job doesn't sound exciting, the way the service is delivered might make a difference perhaps. We were satisfied with what the crew from the SepTek Services did at our property. Cody and Derrik made sure no damage is done to vegetation during the access to the tank, performed the job quickly and offered advice on what are some of the ways to keep the system running properly! We had an inspection on our house and they saw we were missing baffle and thought slow draining, we called SepTeK they were out quickly, cleaned out tank which was needed, replaced baffle, put in new D box, cleaned the lines. They showed us step by step, took pictures for home buyers and did as little damage to the yard as possible. We were very happy with them.
