Deluxe Carpet Cleaning

Usually when I decide to do things in a rush or last minute, it turns out to be a huge mistake. Not this time! I called on a Monday December 13th...busiest time of the year...and inquired about having three rooms and a hall cleaned within the same week. I was much surprised when John told me that he could work me in on Thursday 16th between 10:00 & 2:00. At 9:10 am, I received a call from Kevin stating that he would be arriving within 30 minutes. Misty was my contact person. She came out and did a wonderful Job! It was a large job that took two days to complete (96 pews, the carpet and stage area). I have had this cleaned for the last 7 years, and it has never been clean like this! After our Sunday service I could still see the carpet marks, the place smelled Great for over a week! Did not clean carpet properly. Still had many spots on my carpet. My carpet felt like they just put dish soap and hot water and clean it with a extremely loud machine. Please you are better off paying the extra money for a better company. Trust me.

Definitely recommend! They got us on the schedule quickly, and offered service at a reasonable price. Arrival was prompt, and the call to let us know they were on their way was helpful. Also had a great experience with our technician Mark! Very professional, informative, courteous, fast, and thorough. No strong odor, and our carpets, rugs and sofa look clean and refreshed. Will use again!

Received initial quote over phone. tech arrived (without mask) and proceeded to suggest/highly encouraged other treatments needed (wound up paying an additional $150 on top of estimate!) the solution they use is very perfumed..needing to open windows to air out. I will be inspecting carpet carefully once dry to ensure pet odors are gone and not just masked. Won’t be using again.

Entire process was very smooth, from scheduling to completion and follow up by the owner! The tech was good to explain what they could and could not do. I had some older carpet but they managed to get it clean! Communication leading up to the appointment was great! Will use again!
