In 1986, the Gigliotti brothers (David and Andrew) founded Carbide Construction. They are both hands-on owners taking part in each project to make sure it is completed to their satisfaction. Carbide Construction opened their new Modular Construction division in 2002, allowing us to expand our capabilities and become eco-friendly. We work with Excel Homes, its affiliates and other manufacturers for modular builds. The process begins with an analysis of your existing house location survey which helps determine feasibility.
