I will not use A1 ever again. They did a pool inspection for us this summer when we were buying our home and seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy so we contacted them at the end of august to do some repairs and close our pool. Originally Craig told me he would be able to schedule our work in about a week. He kept giving us the run-around before saying he needed a deposit to schedule the work and ordered the specialized caulk we needed. So we gave him $2000 in a check written out to a Vance Forchetti. They did fix my return line for $7300, but cut through my main drain line. When I complained Craig said it was an obstruction and could have charged me more. You can see the cut line is no obstruction the return line, at the bottom of the pit. There was never a discussion about the possibility of an additional charge. They are an unethical business looking for ways to shake more money out of you. They would not test the fix to the main drain line unless I paid for it! What i have to pay for their screw ups. Not recommended and will not use again.
