Our central heating went out on Christmas Eve, it was cold! I called several HVAC companies to get quotes. The company that did the last service on my furnace/AC wanted over $19,000, so I kept getting quotes. I called Air Services, getting their phone number from the York website. I talked with Tim. He was very knowledgeable about about HVAC systems in general. I decided to stay with York. They have the features I want. Tim put together a "top of the line" system for me. Probably one of the best AC mechanics in the area! My AC system has not been working for a while and it was about time I would get it fixed before summer. I tried calling many other AC company but half of them didn't even answer my calls or gave me a call back... but this place was different. They immediately took my call and asked for my availability and what was wrong with the AC system. I scheduled a date with them and they came on time, and worked very efficiently and was finished shorter than I expected! Frank was very helpful and cooperative. My heater broke down a few months ago and I definitely lagged on it. I called a few places and this was the only that got back to me within the same day. Sandy was a great help, asking a bunch of questions to make sure she had the right idea on how to fix our heater. She was able to work around my tight schedule for the repair and it was done quick! Wow Air Services Mechanical took my by surprise. I thought they would be some ordinary repair company...but they definitely were not at all. My air conditioning stopped in the middle of a hot California summer. My family and I were suffering and needed someone to repair the AC fast. All the other companies we called said they would be able to come in a couple days!!!! We knew we couldnt wait that long so that is when we gave air services Mechanical a try. Absolutely the most professional, friendly and cost effective solution for your HVAC needs. We used the service yesterday after our AC stopped blowing cold air at 2:30am. I called air services (after calling 2 other companies and getting service dates of over 2 weeks!) and they were able to get a tech out to me within a few hours. Awesome company, A/C went out on a HOT November day. Contacted then based on a referral at Colony Park, receptionist was great, Tim was already booked for that same day but since he had a repair down the street he was able to squeeze me in. Tim is a life saver!!! My husband called him today to see if he was available to check out our AC, come to find out he was on his way home but decided to still stop by our house to check it out at no cost. We found out that a fuse went out so he changed it at no cost. Before leaving he tested everything to make sure it was all working properly and ended up finding out that our transformer was fried as well as the circuit board. They are amazing. My Air stopped working last week. On Friday I called them to schedule a time to come out. Tim was able to come out that same day with in 2 hours. Tim and Nicole was so kind and polite. I had called other places but they all wanted to charge about $99.00 to come out. For me since I rent I was not sure if my landlord would fix the problem and I did not want to be out $99. I know that if the cost was too high that my landlord would not fix. Our ac stopped working this past Friday and I threw a fit because it was a million degrees and my husband found this amazing company to have our ac fixed by Sunday. Tim was super helpful, came on time and explained to us what was wrong and showed us the broken part. Charge was around 225. It was worth it for the prompt and professional service .

Tim showed up between the times we agreed upon. They do NOT charge for initial inspections and they live up to being the original no-charge inspections in the business. I had an issue with my home warranty company and another HVAC company. Reb gave me a solid amount of time on the phone to consult with me, even though I had to use another company via my insurance provider. I was having a problem with the heating in my house. I'm cheap, so of course i tried to troubleshoot the problem myself, to no avail. I came across The Honest Guys via recommendation by a close relative.
