Bryan showed up within an hour and cleaned the drain line with a very large snake machine. He removed roots from the drain and explained that when the roots have penetrated the pipe they will always be there and need addressed in the future. He also told us we could run a camera through the drain to locate the area and repair that area possibly without replacing the entire line.
