Building a new home is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make, and with the help of our qualified sales people, licensed builder and our own construction crew, we are positive that we can make your new home project easy and affordable.
A systems built home, or modular home, is a stick built home that is built inside a temperature controlled building. All of the construction materials are stored indoors to prevent any damage from the weather. The home is built in sections for easy transportation. These homes are built at least as well as, if not better than, a traditional site built home.
Mid Star Homes has a fully merchandised design center to assist you in designing your dream home. Contact us to set up an appointment with a sales representative. In order to assist you in designing your dream home, Mid Star Home Builders' design center is equipped with Chief Architect design software, as well as a large screen TV for viewing your plans.

Great sales staff took the time to listen to what we were looking for.
Explained all of the options both positive and negatives of the diffrent models. The model homes were started very professionally.
I was impressed with the whole midstar team. Also the had a chance to meet the plumbing/ heating and air contractors from
DWV Mechanical. These guys are in my opinion the best in the business. Very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you everyone from both company's it was a pleasure talking to all of you.

I am very content in my home that was provided by MidStar. The team was amazing. Every detail was covered. And it was a fun project to watch! The quality of the house has been impressive and the layout of my entire lot and home turned out wonderfully. My location was a bit challenging but we worked through each option and the MidStar team was very helpful working through the many options. I can now look out at the cold Michigan winter from my warm and inviting home.

We made the decision to downsize in preparation for aging in 2014, and began to explore options. We were not aware of the many styles or the quality of home available through Ritz-Craft, but after visiting the factory and witnessing the process for ourselves we felt confident choosing this stick-built home. Shelly was so helpful as we selected, modified, and personalized our style! We are delighted with the look both inside and out! The job was completed on schedule with a high level of craftsmanship. This is probably the easiest review I’ve ever done. We built 2 homes years ago, we used MidStar for our third build. They were by far the best company to work with. All that mattered to them was that we were satisfied. The quality of the home is outstanding. Scott & Shelly were so easy to work with. I have recommended them to others many times. We are pretty picky about what we want, they were patient and kindly put up with us. You won’t be disappointed if you select MidStar to build your next home !

Mid Star does very good work. In conjunction with Ritz Craft they built us a solid home on a good foundation, got all the systems in and working, using capable subcontractors. The Ritz Craft catalogs did not have exactly the model we wanted, but they were able to customize a floor plan to accommodate our wishes. There were some delays and bumps along our road to completion, but in the end we got what we wanted, and, except for some unforeseen issues related to our land, it was within our budget. The Mid Star folks are nice people who care about what they do.
