After a heavy rainfall all day and night, I noticed water drops form the ceiling to the carpet. Called Odyssey and they sent Bryan the next day for a free no obligation quote. Bryan was extremely knowledge, professional and friendly. He inspected the attic and spent a good bit of time on the roof to check for leaks and other damages. Explained to me that I actually do not have a leak and because of my vented ridge cap some water may have come in. He took his time to check everything and told me nothing needs to be done on the roof and did not charge me anything. This was remarkable and I highly

We had our back screened porch and deck repaired. Nick Mixon and Frank were our point of contacts for our job. Our project was different than the services listed above because it was multi-faceted. Odyssey Contracting had to come in and clean up a total nightmare left by a non-licensed person that obviously didn’t know what he was doing. We had stain (not the color I picked out) sprayed ALL OVER the place (from ceiling in porch to the siding to the baseboards to the gutters and in between and even on the screens and windows). Worked with Luke Garrity to get a roof replaced on my home. The initial callback from the company to set up a quote was super quick, Luke was out within a week. They were willing to work around my schedule throughout the process. The roof looks fantastic. Just need to get the rest of the house in similar shape now! We used Thumbtack to find Odyssey Contracting. Great reviews.. We had a large leak at our chimney base on a metal roof. Odyssey was quick to respond and very engaging. The young man we worked with is Luke.
I can’t say enough about Luke. He scheduled our appointment, showed up on time, accessed the problem
‘incorrectly installed flashing’ with some wood rot. Luke explained the entire process and showed us how he came to this conclusion. Luke was respectful, professional, knowledgeable and very punctual each time he came out. He would call and let us know if he would be 5 minutes late, seriously

I just want to say I have been working with Nick Mixon for some time now and he has been nothing but the best. We have been communicating about my mothers siding which has not been done yet (because my mom is so indecisive) but when I tell you Nick has been so understanding and helpful it’s a understatement his professionalism and customer service is beyond words and I am so happy my mother chose Odyssey Contracting. I worked with Nick M. From Odyssey Contracting. He knows his craft very well. He came out to do a roof inspection for me and discovered a lot of wind damages.
He was very detailed in his inspection and assessment of my roof. He assisted me with the claims process with my homeowners insurance. He communicated often and when needed on next step. He came out when my adjuster came out. I’m glad he did as I know nothing about roof.

Working with Odyssey was a refreshing experience. Compared to other contractors I have used, they’re by far the best. Nick Mixon, Frank, Michael, and Joel were all super helpful and attentive to the issues I wanted to fix with the siding. Nick interacted with me throughout the whole project and made sure I was happy. Joel was the on site supervisor and did a great job answering any questions I had. Frank and Michael were also committed to making this as easy an experience as possible. I will absolutely be using Odyssey again.

We are pleased with the recent work we had done on our house. We met with Michael and Dylan and discussed our needs. They were responsive and although there was some delay in getting supplies, the work was done in a timely manner. We did have some concerns which were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Their crews were professional and tidy. We got our garage resided with hardiplank, and they finished a project we had started ourselves on the house.
