Quite possibly the rudest "professional" I have ever encountered! Steve got up in my 87 year old dad's face and threw his hand up and yelled at him and told him he was "humiliating" me when I have to "scream at him in public". The rudeness continued to where we just left. We might would have paid the 600.00 to adjust the hearing aids he has and become patients there but not after being treated the way Steve treated him.

Nice enough folks, especially front desk (Melissa). BE AWARE: HIGH prices, they don't offer to assist with insurance, pre-charge you full amount, and Steven Peek is NOT an audiologist NOR a doctor. He's a "hearing aid specialist" (tho he wears a white doctor's coat and seems comfortable letting customers call him "Dr").

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. They are so friendly and informative! I got my hearing aids today and it has already drastically improved my quality of life! I have had poor hearing for so long because of my denial of needing assistance. I had forgotten how it was to hear normally. Today, I am a changed person! I can hear everything someone says...the FIRST time! I don't feel like a burden and I am much more confident when carrying a conversation. Life in general sounds so good! I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Hearing Healthcare Center of Spartanburg!
