The Fence R Us team was responsive, fairly priced, and did a beautiful job on our install. We had a custom design preference which we reviewed with them during the free estimate visit and they provided a quote on the spot and gave us an approximate timeframe as to when the install would happen. I called out Aurelio a couple weeks ago for a new side gate install for our pool project.. He was prompt, courteous and knew exactly what we wanted by describing our design. He sketched it, offered a reasonable price and delivered as promised. The gate actually came out better than we expected, very pleased with the fit and appearance!

Although I ultimately decided not to install wood fencing, Aurelio provided great customer service completely through Yelp. He responded to my inquiries in a timely manner, was very professional, and seemed honest and friendly, which made a good first impression for me. Based on the photos of his work, his workmanship looks high quality, and the biggest reason why I contacted him. If I need wood fencing installed in the future, I'll definitely contact Fence R Us.

I just had 2 gates installed ..... one leading into my backyard and one in a wall between my neighbor's home and mine. The gates are beautiful and she and I are very pleased. Aurelio came out the day after I called and gave me a free estimate. His price was fair and he said it would take about 3 weeks, but they were ready in 2 weeks. His crew arrived on time this morning and were very professional. They also removed and hauled away our old gates. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I have a need.

Aurelio arrived on time and was very detailed in measuring, explaining installation, and discussing options. I had already seen the quality of his work and knew I'd be going with him of the price was right.
I'd be getting two gates since my neighbor was kind enough to let me take down the fence to have major work done in our backyard.
The design and options provided were exactly what we wanted. The extra $25 for a dead bolt and knob were a no brainer!
The manufacturing of the gates took 4 weeks from the time of approval.
Once the gates came in, you can see why it took 4 weeks. The

Our dog eared cedar with steel posts back fence was completed yesterday in one day! Met with Aurelio four weeks ago and he said that he would be at least three weeks out. It was worth the wait. His men were very conscientious and experienced. I would highly recommend

Fence R Us completed the install of our new side gate today. Jorge and Jesus (I'm horrible with names so I hope these are right, sorry) were great!!! They explained the install and checked with us regarding our cinder block wall not being level but let us know that their gate would be level. Even had some of our neighbors come out to look at the work and asked for some business cards for work they may want done on their homes. So happy with the gate and the installation. The whole process was smooth and they delivered on everything they said they were gonna do. Would definitely recommend

I can't speak about their work, because I chose not to work with them, but I can speak of the owner's behavior. I'm choosing not to work with this company solely because of his behavior. I called and made an appointment for 2PM and scheduled my entire day around this appointment. Around 10AM, while running errands, I got a call from the owner asking if he could come to the house now. I explained I wasn't home and wouldn't be unitl the scheduled appointment. He then asked if I had the measurements of the fence I wanted so he could just give me a quote over the phone

Although we ended up going elsewhere, Fence R Us was very quick to respond, and in correspondence. We were trying to find a company that could take care of the job for us on short notice, which Fence R Us was unable to do, due to scheduling conflicts, but they were very forthright about that, which I appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again in the future.

So--I just kept putting it off...then the winds came, and went and they took the fence too! I called "Fence R Us" for an estimate. Well, to make a long story short, I have experienced complete exemplary service from beginning to end. I also want to mention the quality and craftmanship of the fence they built (very hard working crew)! Their team built a beautiful fence that I know will last for years to come. Really happy with this company. Only people that called back from the 4 other fence companies I called. They replaced our iron fence gate and fence to the back yard and included a screen to our driveway gate as well. They also did repairs to the rusted hinges. So they came on time with two very nice gentlemen installers. Jorge and Jesus? They fencing they installed made me very embarrassed of what I had before. The replaced product was many degrees higher quality of what I had. They went above and beyond on the repair and ended up totally replacing the hinges on my front driveway gate.

We had desperately been needing a new fence and gate on the side of our house. The wood one that had been there since before we bought the house was falling apart with broken off wood and exposed nails. We'd had several quotes over the years but they were always very high due to needing an extra-wide gate for the space, requiring fully customized fabrication. Fence 'R' Us provided reasonable priced quotes for both wood and wrought iron options and we went with the latter. The wrought iron was a few hundred dollars more than the wood option (including the decorative pieces on top

Aurelio did an outstanding job! I had been looking to get new gates for about a year and had 3 or 4 people come out to quote. These guys not only had the best price but the best service. Just a family run operation, so you don't have to deal with a bunch of follow up calls for the next 3 years asking if there is anything else you need done
