For my third treatment, the tech sat in his truck in the driveway for 5 minutes, put the invoice on my door, and drove off without treating my lawn. I have multiple cameras on my property and reached out to the business. The sales manager came out to my house within an hour and confirmed the lawn was not treated, and I was informed the associate was terminated; however, I cannot recommend the business from my personal experience.

They are very attentive & genuinely concerned about their customers. A great person answered the phone & explained their services & answered our specific concerns Their weed control spray worked Excellent. Not watered down like some we’ve had.
Also, a technician assigned to us. He will be familiar with our yard, instead of a random person every time, just putting out chemicals & rushing to the next job.
Edward was was very knowledgeable & took time to listen to our concerns.. We look forward to him taking care of our yard & are confident he will do an excellent

It has been 3-4 months since we started using Turf Pride. Results are amazing. Our lawn had been neglected and all types of weeds had taken over. Now it looks like we have always been taking care of it! They come when they say they’ll come, staff is courteous and polite. Great communication and user friendly billing. We highly recommend Turf Pride.

Yesterday was lst application and had downpour an hour after treatment so can't give honest survey but can say they have done a great "followup" and when I can get my online account set up will be fine.

We had the worst weeds ever so I shopped around and went with Turfpride for weed management. Their prices are really reasonable and they even come out for free if you still have weeds 21 days after treatment. Our yard looks a million times better and the people are super friendly and easy to work with!

We have been using TurfPride since switching from another company and we think that they are great. I like the fact that the actual technician that will service your lawn calls you with your appointment details, that way you can talk to a live person instead of getting an automated message. All the technicians that have come to the house are very friendly.

When I bought my home almost three years ago, I freaked over the lawn, it was horrible! The previous owners never took care of it. Growing up with a dad who taught me to take care of my lawn, I knew I had to get help, due to GA clay as 'soil', and really zero grass in my entire "lawn", just lots of blooming nasty weeds!
I saw a TurfPride truck, called them, and let me tell you...what a blessing they've been. Yes, it's taken a long time to get my lawn beautiful, and hard work on my part too, but...I think the before (4/1/16) and after photos (8/5/18) I'm posting are proof!
You can't ever expect

In an industry with so much competition, it's obviously a very important concept to place each customer as "priority" overall. Turf Pride has been able to do that for me the almost 3 years I have had their service. I had Scott's for a year prior to going with Turf Pride, and there I was a number and the price wasn't worth the service I received. I pay the same amount at Turf Pride and I actually get what I pay for. It's nice to actually have a conversation with a tech who I know by name and knows my lawn like its his own. I'm not sure how large they are as a company, but they have the small business
