Technicians were very professional and upon checking a couple of my vents they advised I did not need them cleaned. Wow it was my decision but it made me feel good I had a choice and they advised me. I highly recommend Toledo Duct Clean.

Excellent communication from the time I called to request service to the time they arrived. I had some mishaps getting into my new home and they were able to come back later that afternoon still, thankfully. While the technician, Pete, was there working, I broke about three things in my house, lol, and he so kindly fixed my bathroom sink stopper while he was in that room. I also had him replace my dryer vent at his suggestion. (Note- he did not push it just to make an extra sale. I was asking advice on my washer/dryer setup and it was noticed) It looks great as well. I just bought a new house and wanted to replace all the vents with updated ones, when pulling away from the walls they were just covered in dirt and grime. I knew I needed to get my air ducts cleaned. Called a few places and Toledo Duct Clean was most reasonable and was able to accommodate my schedule quickly. They spent quite awhile at my new house considering the vents were never cleaned in over 35+ years. The before and after pictures were night and day!!! Jay returned my phone call within a reasonable amount of time to give me an estimate. Rick and Robert arrived on time quickly diagnosed the issue and assured me they would make things right. They repaired everything and throughly cleaned the dryer vent. Cost of the job was exactly the same as Jay's initial estimate. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service I received. I will use Toledo Duct Cleaning again.

Jay came out to take a look at our ducts and give us an estimate. He determined that they really weren’t that dirty and didn’t need cleaning at this time. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely recommend him as well as use him in the future when our ducts do need cleaning. He was very professional, friendly, and informative.

Toledo Duct Clean is an honest company. I thought my ducts needed cleaning but after the crew used the camera, it showed I did not need them cleaned. I was very happy they were honest and told me they did not need cleaned. They could have cleaned them and charged me and I would not have known. It's nice to have workers be so honest. It give the company a good name And I highly recommend them.
