Everything went like clockwork. I loved how they explained all the details of what to expect and didn't try to over sell their line of products. Everyone from the technical reviewer, the sales manager to the installers were professional and polite. Good workers are hard to find of late but this company seems to have what it takes to retain a quality crew. Will use again if needed.

Promptly answered the phone and came for a service call the morning after thanksgiving. They made a temporary repair to our furnace and came out 4 days later to replace the unit and the cost of our previous repair was applied towards the new furnace. Professional and knowledgeable technicians and sales team, excellent quality work and more than fair prices! Will definitely use them again in the future.

I extensively interviewed eight (8) HVAC contractors before selecting the Air Authority to replace my system. I was looking for a contractor that was extremely knowledgeable and that would install my system with excellence. I am a Mechanical Engineer with a manufacturing background. “Excellent” means that all components are plumb, level, neat, and exceed code requirements. The Air Authority delivered. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. A few examples of what excellence looks like: the hole for the refrigerant lines was silicone caulked and then covered with brick dust to match the rest

We recently had Air Authority out to our house for concerns about our Heat Pump. Mark was on time, professional and very knowledgeable about the unit, thermostat, and how they're supposed to work. I asked many questions and he answered everything glad fully and really helped educate me on my unit. This was great to me because I like knowing my product and how it works so I can be knowledgeable in future purchases/ concerns.
The price for this service was $74 which is a GREAT price. I work for a local answering service and this is by far the most affordable company in this area. I feel very comfortable

I have used Air Authority Heating and Air Conditioning for 19 years both for installation and for maintenance. I have my air conditioner, heating system, and humidifier cleaned and maintained every year with a maintenance contract. Larry is an excellent and skilled technician that I have trusted for all these years. I would recommend this company highly.

Eric was wonderful to work with and helped with great recommendations on what unit to purchase. The gentlemen who did the installation were very professional and efficient. We've used Air Authority for yearly maintenance as well as installation of a new air conditioner and furnace. Before moving into our current home they came out to inspect our units. They are always professional, honest, and respectful of our home. In all of our years using them I've never had one complaint. Since finding them I've never considered calling anyone else. I have dealt with Air Authority for several years. They have annually cleaned and checked both my air conditioner and furnace. 3 years ago, they installed a new air conditioner, and just last week they installed a new furnace. The technicians who come to the house are great. They are always on time, they do their job efficiently, and patiently answer any questions I may have. The salesmen do not push you into something you do not want. They listen to your needs and work with you to get you just what you want.
