Worst Experience ever. Bought My first car at this dealership. Was a 2018. The sales men were really nice. But I mean who isn’t when they are trying to sell a car. Anyways they didn’t fuel my car up and refused to because it was a used vehicle. In the first month I had smoke coming out of my car. Ryan said it’s normal ? … it’s 5 months later and the battery goes out. I have warranty on my car. But was told the battery doesn’t cover. I asked them if they can give me a deal on the battery. Ryan said no why would we do that ? I said because it’s ridiculous that into 5 months my battery

A car shopping hunt began and ended with the one place I knew we had to check. Now the 5th Mazda I've owned, and there's so many reasons for it. For the love of the drive & to have a comfortable low pressure sales experience = always Mazda.
Update, as well as a good reminder there are decent companies out there: The car had a minor issue after purchase, but we were not surprised with sneaky fees. They simply corrected the problem for free and got us back on the road.

I was very pleased with my experience with Orion and Adrian last week! Orion helped me pick out the perfect CX-5 and Adrian was very helpful with the financing and walked me through every step. If anyone needs any vehicle servicing head over to Rochester Mazda. I came in with a voucher for a free oil change and detail. I casually mentioned I had a headlight bulb that if they could get in it would make my day. (Front end damage made it tricky!) not only did they replace the bulb but fixed the headlight itself, topped off all… fluids and went to get some from Ford when they didn’t have what my car needed, fully inspected my car and weren’t pushy whatsoever about things that needed attention. Fully detailed my car inside and out...I came in

Superior customer service at Rochester Mazda. Orion and Ryan were ultimate professionals and I ended up with a head turning Soul Red Crystal Metallic CX 5. Icing on the cake was the TLC Shown by Orion as he turned the vehicle over, answered all my technical questions, and promised to personally address any additional questions when I pick up the plates. Super easy to call and make an appointment. Found it a little hard to find - I missed the street it's on, there is no sign. Brought my Mazda for maintenance and they are helpful and very friendly. They have chips and coffee in case you're waiting. I asked if there were cookies and they got me and my baby bump rice crispy treats! So sweet. The place is spotless. I'll be back for all my Mazda issues. Love my CX5.
