They scheduled an appointment for a home visit at noon to take a look at my flooring project for estimate. I explained I will be at work and will need to drive back to meet him and I expect him to be on time.
On the appointment day no one showed up and no one called to tell me he is not coming. I drove from work back and forth wasting precious time. I this is how appointments are done, I am glad not to see how the work is done.

Ricky was great from start to finish. From taking the time to show me beautiful flooring samples to the installation - an absolute professional. He installed flooring in my entry-way, kitchen and dining room in one day. Arrived for every appointment on time, and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was finished (they even vacuumed saw dust off of my front lawn!) I highly recommend Ricky, and RB Flooring.

Ricky and his crew installed new floors throughout our house and they were great. Ricky gave us suggestions on what would look best and he was right. I also appreciate that they took the time to get all the details right. We had an issue where another contractor nearly ruined our new wood heat registers that sit on the floor. Ricky came back and refurbished the heat registers so they look like new. I would definately recommend RB Flooring.

These guys were fantastic! Ricky was kind and courteous, and was willing to work with our unique flooring situation, when other flooring companies turned us away. He was thoughtful enough to call when he thought he would be running late, and finished the job half a day earlier than quoted. They did fantastic work, were trustworthy, and we are so happy with the transformation.

I contacted RB Flooring for a refinish project. He was polite and professional when I first spoke to him. I waited 4-5 weeks for him to get back to me on fitting our job into the schedule and a final price. No calls and emails were returned. I finally was able to connect with Francisco and this was a very different man. He proposed to send Ricky out to our home for an estimate and when I asked who Ricky was (how would I know?) he got offended and told me they didn't need my business.
Ricky - maybe you need to be answering your calls... or returning them at least.

I called to get an estimate to have my floors refinished and expected to have the estimate within the next few days as they promised. I called 2 days later to find out when I could get my estimate and left a message with no return call. I texted and called the next day and no return calls. I tried one more time a few days later and still nothing. I guess they don't want my business.

I found RB flooring online and contacted them to get pricing and availability for Mirage wood flooring. They were extremely helpful, prompt and professional! Our plan was to add new hardwood to a couple of our rooms, and refinish existing hardwood in the remaining part of our house.

You know what? I was going to write a long winded tale about these guys BUT!!!!!! There's only one word! EXCELLENT! Very professional in workmanship and customer service. I was very impressed with the quality of work they provided.

About six years ago we had RB Flooring install "factory prepared" maple wood flooring by Mirage in half of our home through the recommendation of a contractor.
Last month we had them finish the house using the same product and you cannot tell where the "old" floors end and "new" floor begins. The wood looks fantastic and wears wonderfully....
This family-owned business is professional and very pleasant to deal with at all levels. They are exceptionally neat workers and quick to respond to any concern.
They cheerfully replaced a few boards that we felt were not attractive

I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful job that Louie and his team did on my 80 year old floors. My floors were in such bad shape having cross grain scratches, pet stains and deep scratches. They looked brand new once RB Flooring completed the job. It feels good to have pride in my home again thanks to the magnificent work done by RB Flooring. Louie is an amazing guy who took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. Dealing with RB Flooring was such a great experience. RB installed a new floor in my house. Refinished my sons floors and even refinished the floors in my daughters house. They had to replace sections of floor in my daughters house. They made it match so well you can't even tell the new from the old section... They do a great job and I would highly recommend using them.

Louie at RB Flooring is the nicest guy ever!
When we bought our house we had dark ugly hardwood. Then Louie and his guys came and refinished the hardwood floors throughout my house and laid new hardwood in my kitchen. I never thought our floors would look so beautiful!! I absolutely love them now =)
