There are simply no words to accurately describe the service Frank and his crew provided once again, however I will try. This time we had our decaying deck replaced. Frank and crew created a masterpiece! Way beyond our expectations and precisely on the quoted price.....there were no surprises! Further it was done on schedule, even though Covid 19 delivery delays were in play. Many thanks to Frank, Christy and crew!

Frank, Christy and the crew installed our new roof and skylights June 2021. They worked with us on matching the existing roof tiles and functionality of our skylights. They were quick to get us competitive bids and communicated with us through the whole process. It only took 2 days!! They did a thorough clean up and you would never know they were there. I was amazed at how seamlessly they all worked together and our new roof and skylights look amazing! The custom copper on the skylights looks great and we are also seeing more energy efficiency with the new. Can't go wrong with these guys! A+

We have used Superior Exterior Contracting for many projects over the years, from roof and shingle repairs to bathroom remodels, deck repairs and shed construction. Had a issue with a leak starting to form on the ceiling of my home. Called Superior about getting a repair/estimate to replace the roof. The receptionist was fantastic and was able to book an appointment. Day of the appointment the worker showed up and seemed to be in a rush. He came in took pictures of the ceiling and pictures of the outside of the room. While outside he stated to me that he didn't need to go on the roof, that's they can make an estimate via satellite imagery. I thought it was odd, but figured he knew better than me. He left me with a pamphlet and business card and stated to give

We just had our roof replaced following discovering a leak in the middle of winter and had a great experience with Superior Exterior Contracting. The owner, Frank, is a really nice and thorough guy who followed thorough and kept us up to date throughout the process. When we encountered some challenges, he took the time to explain the issue and gave us the information we needed to make decisions. Halfway through our roof replacement our neighbor decided to have their roof replaced by Superior as well because the work they were doing was so good and the crew were all very respectful to our neighbors

When we called for an estimate via a close friend the owner Frank made it his business to get to us considering all the damage around due to the Tornado as roads were still very hard to navigate. He arrived within 24 hrs of us calling, did a detailed inspection and had a detailed estimate which reflected what we had discussed as to what had to be done within a couple of days. Work was scheduled for the following week and they showed up promptly at 7 am, started and completed in two days as stated. All repairs were done according to estimate, no surprises and roof trim soffits gutters look great

They were initially recommended by friends and colleagues. They gave us a very fair appraisal to begin. We had other appraisals done to compare. Throughout the whole process they were courtesy and clean. They did a great job on our complete roof, windows and other various jobs. All work was completed in a timely manner. They respected our time frame do to the mortgage company and insurance company involved at the time. Communication was great via phone, email and in person. I have already recommended Frank, Christine and their crew to others. We will be using them again soon for more work around
