Jeremy Schexnayder came to our home and did a good job checking our air conditioning/heating unit. We was polite, professional, wore shoe protectors on the carpet and was very pleasant. I would have him in our home anytime. He took care of our problem and suggested solutions.

Called and had an appointment for later in the day. Kevin called and said he could come much earlier. Got to the house and had the issues fixed within minutes. He also took the time to answer general questions I had. Friendly, knowledgable and prompt. Our family is thankful for his quick service in such hot temps. Each service request is answered promptly and scheduled same day! They were able to troubleshoot, diagnose, replace a sensor, test and have our heat up and running in less than an hour. Wow!! Called Kevin because my furnace stopped working. 7:00 pm on a Thursday night. He was at my home within 30 minutes! Had me up & running in no time at all. By far the most knowledgeable guy. We’ve used comfort air solutions twice in the last year for repair of our AC. Last summer, our AC went out and the tech told us that the unit may not last long as it was original to the house (19yrs). The unit was repaired and worked great all summer. This year, we noticed I’ve forming around the unit and we called comfort air again. Upon arrival, and before any inspection of the unit, the technician said “there’s nothing I can do for you. The AC unit is too old and needs replaced.” It was evident that the technician had the preconceived plan on how to “help” us before even looking
