We would like some type of compensation for all the aggravation we went through with getting the generator.1 was told that everyone else is months out we would have in two weeks 4 months later2 they left a mess in the basement from drilling in the brick3 was sent three different invoices with three different prices with no brake down or explanation until afterward 1 was cash,one credit the last was credit with permit fee4 failed inspection because of rusty gas pipes they had to come back out and paint5 did not hook up transfer switch

Kapital electric installed solar panels and an EV charger in my home. Their solar and EV teams were stellar and very professional and a lot of good notification of when they would be out and the install process was fairly quick. Under the solar panels we added a critter guard which had some issues and they came and fixed. All in all great experience.

The technical service was excellent. Good advice, quality work, and I passed my inspection without issues. However, after the service, my place was dirty. Dust on the floor and counters, furniture moved, that wasn't replaced. Dirt on the walls where workers placed their hands -- I think this should have been attended to prior to the work being "complete".

Don and his staff are awesome. I was clearly explained all the options for my ev charger, and I was given a precise cost estimate up front. The work was executed timely and accurately, and they were able to solve issues that were not immediately visible. We hired them to install four (4) exterior outlets/fixtures at our daughter's residence less than 300 yards south of were we live on the same street.
They were professional, on time, competent about the work they were doing and they answered any questions or concerns we had. The completed job was perfect, fast, neat and the fixtures operate as they are supposed to. To me this was a prime example of how contractors, electricians in particular, should operate. Plus, the charges were a little high but reasonable overall.

We called on Kapital to connect power to an existing chimney fan and to add remote control from the attic to the first floor, a feature that didn't exist on the fan. While the remote aspect presented an extra challenge, the crew got it done. Later, they responded quickly when called upon, later on, to help us better understand the quiet operation of this system. The 2-man crew worked well together and, along with Don's expertise, were able to adapt remote technology to an unrelated system. We will definitely consider this team for our future home electrical and technical needs.

The Kapital Electric team did a wonderful job installing the NEMA outlet in our garage. The team was thoughtful, diligent and respectful. Any hiccup that occurred (with a house that was built in 1890 that is not surprising) they were incredibly communicative and figured out solutions.
Their knowledge of renewable energy, EVs and solar panels is unparalleled. I will be calling them again for any of my electrical needs.

I chose Kapital Electric because they were a "platinum dealer" through the Quietcool website. They installed a Quietcool fan in my house that broke 15 minutes after installation. They came right back out and said that the fan was defective and has a bent blade and they had to do a warranty claim. A warranty claim the same day the fan was installed. A couple days later they called to collect payment. I wasn't paying until I had a working fan. We scheduled an appointment for yesterday for them to come out to reinstall the new fan and they completely blew me off. I don't recommend

Great company, the installation took a little while to complete but looks great on our home. A professional electrician in our neighborhood commented on how professional the wiring looks, and they painted all of the conduit to match our siding. The Tesla wall charger has been awesome and we have been enjoying the benefits of almost having no electric bill over the past year. Can't wait to get the SREC to pay off the rest of the panels and order the powerwall.

Kapital installed wall chargers for my 2 Tesla's. I had 2 others come in and provide a quote. They were great, but Kapital had the expertise and knowledge on Tesla which is ultimately why I chose them. They gave the recommendations to use a single breaker and share power between both wall chargers (something outlined on Tesla's website).
I thought it would be a tough install going from a finished basement up into the garage, but they made it look easy. Their guys were able to work through accessing above the ceiling through the canned lights without having to cut any drywall. This

Excellent company. Had a different company come out prior to Kapital and was unimpressed (and they were recommended for TESLA charger installs). They wanted me to provide specifications. I am not an electrician. How do I know?

Great work installing my EV charger. Christian was very polite and answered all my questions. Installation looks great and he cleaned up everything form the install area. Explained to me how the charger worked and made sure it worked before he left.
Great experience from quoting through to install. Would use them again for electrical needs. They were also the best price quoted for install.

My EVSE had been knocked off its mount and needed some service work (replace the supply cable). I had been worried about finding a qualified electrician with real experience on EVSE's. The original company that Nissan sent to install the station for my LEAF wasn't around anymore.
After checking online I settled on three companies to get quotes from. I sent pictures and described the type of work I needed to each of them (Kapital had a nice place on their website to submit pictures and describe the requested work). I received quotes from all the electricians
