These reviews Are Very False and Misleading. They take their payment every month like clock work, but can go weeks without showing up to clean our pool. We informed Natacha several times that the Tech has not shown up to our house. She was adamant that he did after asking him. The thing is we have a camera in the back where our pool is that would record any movement made. The few times he did actually show up, it would be recorded so I am not sure why lie and say he did when we have proof he did not. I am sorry to say, but I would not recommend this pool company to Anyone. Maybe this Real Review

These reviews have to be fake . I found this company on google . A owner came out and checked my pool . I was told it would need a new filter and treatment . Paid $300 upfront . Filter was replaced. Pool turned blue but extremely dirty at the bottom . I called the company and I was told someone else would be out . I recieved a bill saying I owed that month service . Plus a new month . I complained that no one had came back out . Finally a guy came out and told me I would need another filter . I started complaining and was told I needed to pay my monthly bill. I paid another $100.
