I called Max for the first time after a part on my washer broke. He came right out the next day and was able to diagnose the problem and come up with the solution. He went above and beyond to fix our washer as quick as he could. Not only that, but he is super personable and knowledgeable! We feel so lucky to have him as our regular appliance repairman!

The repair guy came out to inspect the appliance and said he would order parts and be back days later. To my surprise, He called me 2 hours later and said he had the parts and was 10 min away. Had my microwave up and running in minutes. Awesome service.

Max was very knowledgeable of our appliances and was able to troubleshoot and correct our freezer issue! With a quick trip back to his vehicle to get some tools, he was right back to work and finished quickly and efficiently! We highly recommend!

Would 100% recommend! Have used them twice (once to fix my dryer, again today for the washer). Both times my initial phone call was returned promptly, and the tech was able to come out the same day..
They were professional, explaining to me with each step what they were seeing and what they believed the needed repair would be (along with parts costs).
For my dryer, the tech showed me the part he needed to use, and I noted that they didn't mark up the cost, which was nice.
The washer didn't need any new parts, so I was only charged the minimum service fee.

Max did an excellent job! He gave very sound advice, and helped me save money. After inspecting my fridge, he pointed out that what was wrong with our refrigerator was a common LG problem and that the part was covered with warranty. He provided valuable guidance for how to best handle the situation with Sears. Not only did he save us money, but he also fixed our fridge MUCH MUCH more quickly than Sears was going to. Sears was going to make us wait for almost two weeks to get it repaired, but Max was able to do it in two days. He worked professionally and quickly, and I felt very safe the entire
