I had an issue with how my Nest thermostat was connected and it wasn't giving me hot air downstairs. I called John and he was able to come out same day and get it straightened out. His price was more than fair and he ended up coming after 6 on a Friday. Can't recommend Hayward air enough. John Hayward is responsive and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to air conditioner issues.

Love this company! We moved to Texas from the north where we knew nothing about air conditioners. Ours stopped working and we had a different company come out to fix it. They put a new part in it and told us it would only hold temporarily and that we'd need to spend $15,000 to get a new one. True to his word, it stopped working soon after, but we had already spent so much we decided to ask a neighbor if they knew anyone and they recommended Hayward Air. John came out and looked at the unit and found the part had been placed wrong so it would purposely stop working. He put it in correctly,

Haywardair.com / John is very well experienced and has extensive knowledge on latest Cooling and heating technologies. I needed help to fix my A/C. John works with you and provides all the solutions that cost you less money and effective. John could have easily made more money by choosing other options to fix AC system but he was honest and provided a working solution in quick time and put the system back in working condition.

It is great to find someone you can trust for repairs. Someone that will not try to upsell you to replace your unit. We had John come out to our house two time now and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The other companies that came out told us we needed to replace our unit. We will use Hayward Air for all our air and heating needs.
Now, if I can only find a trustworthy and affordable plumber, electrician, and carpenter...
