I have been thoroughly impressed with Pool Care Specialist! Rodney is so valuable to me! Tonight I had an issue with my lights and he immediately responded via text to walk me through resetting them! They do a fabulous job on a weekly basis maintaining my pool! I highly recommend them for any pool maintenance issues whatsoever!

NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY! I have never left a negative review before but it is imperative if you are looking for pool service, please read this! I have a new pool, installed 7/19. I hired this company to service and make repairs on equipment. I paid my bill every month and trusted the weekly pool tech to clean and check our equipment per the service agreement. Not only did he give us constant mis-information, he never bothered to mention the flow of our pool basically stopped over these months and never reported that our salt cell was defective. I am not a pool expert which is why I did not

Pool Care Specialists upgraded my entire system and converted it to salt in February of 2018. They have also been providing the weekly service since then. During this time a few issues have arisen and they were always quick to respond and resolved those issues in a timely manner. Their staff is always professional and courteous.
