Annual chimney inspections are recommended by the National Chimney Sweeping Guild, the American Lung Association, and the Environmental Protection Agency, among many other organizations. It's also part of the National Fire Protection Association's 211 standard, which governs CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep Inspections.
With any transfer of property, a Level 2 chimney inspection, as outlined by the National Fire Protection Association's 211 Standard, is recommended. This level of inspection is a thorough look into the system that will reveal the state of the chimney and flue and indicate whether repairs, minor or major, are needed or impending.

First time using Home Safe and won't be the last. I have a gas fireplace that hadn't been used in a very long time and they had it up and going in a no time. The service techs couldn't have been nicer and did a great job showing me all the parts that were bad and needing replaced in my fireplace. Great communication and they were even an hour early which makes it all even better. Will definitely be recommending them to others.

We were very impressed how the guy who came to service our pellet stoves was careful to keep our house clean. Since I have never had a pellet stove before, I had some questions. He was very attentive to my questions and gave me a better understanding of my stoves that came with our home.

We are very satisfied with the service that we received from home safe hearth and chimney. Our service person Carson was very efficient and explained everything that he was doing. Finally we get to use our fireplace again and so convenient as he installed a new wall switch.
Carson also inspected our dryer vent output and it was not up to a safe output. He thoroughly cleaned and repaired all parts that were faulty.
Again we were very happy with this company and their excellent employee Carson!

My technician was thorough, polite, knowledgeable and considerate. He covered my hearth before beginning, he explained the procedure and completed it in a timely manner, and he went through the report and made recommendation to insure the safety of our fireplace. We were in need of getting our fireplace working again. We had another company work on it previously, but they could not get it operational. We then contacted Home Safe Hearth & Chimney. Kyle was the technician who worked on our fireplace and was able to get it operational. Kyle was professional, friendly and shared some tips on the efficient operation of the fireplace. We only wish that we had gone to Home Safe Hearth & Chimney first.

We heard about this company from a neighbor who was very pleased. Of course we called to set up an appt. We. were very satisfied with their work. Our fireplace is now starting easily. and the fire is beautiful again. They also checked our dryer vent. They gave us good news that ours was working with no blockages. Kyle came out to service my fireplace and he exceeded my expectations. He was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my fireplace and resolve it. It was a pleasure to work with him as he cleaned both my fireplace and my dryer duct. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and will definitely use them for all my future fireplace needs.

I highly recommend Home Safe Hearth and Chimney. I had not used a gas fireplace before and was not understanding the instruction booklet or the remote control. Carson and Lee took extended time to show me everything I needed to know and didn't leave before I felt comfortable with operating the fireplace myself. Being a senior citizen I really appreciated the extra time and steps to help me. Very professional, excellent job! Thank you so much.
