As a group of highly motivated and talented professionals, we strive to identify issues, solve problems, and meet the client's needs. Sam has been designing homes in the Augusta area, Coastal Georgia and South Carolina, since 1984.
All plans meet or exceed local and state requirements. All plans are complete construction documents including foundation plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, details, roof plan and electrical plans. Every Plantation or select area has different Architectural Review Boards requirements that are necessary to process your design and documentation for approval, before permitting is allowed. We have the experience and consultants available to procure the approval of the Architectural Review Board Requirements.
Providing an in depth look at all areas of your future residence, 3-D provides unique viewpoints of exterior and interior elements. A virtual walk through of the plan will allow a client to see just how their future residence will feel. Presenting both interior and exterior renderings allows for quick material and color concept understanding.
