I felt compelled to offer this review simply because the customer service I received from Monterey Coast Door & Supply was extraordinary. To be clear, I contacted them because of a problem I was having with a door that they had not manufactured nor installed. I just needed some advice as to how to address the issue. Juan walked me through the process, recommended specific materials, and even gave me the hardware I needed at no cost. By the way, while I was in their showroom I couldn't help but admire the beauty and quality of their doors.
